Beebe rallies students to prepare for college

Good grades, applying for aid urged

With a backdrop of high school seniors dressed in college T-shirts, Gov. Mike Beebe told hundreds of students Tuesday that they shouldn’t let family or financial obstacles get in the way of a college education.
