THE TV COLUMN OK, here’s the scoop on Westminster dog show

I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating. On no occasion when I’m discussing big-time dog shows will you read “television has gone to the dogs.” That is a hackneyed expression that needs to be buried in the Great Pit o’ Hackneyed Expressions.
