PANEL WANTS TO ADD MORE EVENTS TO SCHEDULE

Downtown Bentonville Inc. is preparing for another year of events to bring growth and prosperity to downtown.
The downtown group has off ered several events in the past to help revitalize the area, including First Friday, the Bentonville Farmers’ Market and music on the square. Adding to the list of events is on the agenda for 2010.
“It’s about continuing to create that buzz downtown about something great that is happening,” said Daniel Hintz, Downtown Bentonville executive director. “This is a great time to invest in our downtown.”
Many things will remain the same in the 2010 lineup. First Friday will again begin in March, the farmers’ market will start in April, and Winter Wonderland events will take place ...
