Black farmers told funds worth a fight

The president of the National Black Farmers Association urged about 300 Arkansans to call U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln until they “set her phone on fire” urging support of a federal budget that includes $1.15 billion to pay black farmers in a discrimination suit.
