THE COACHING TREE

Coaching Runs In the Price Family

Posted: February 7, 2010 at 5 a.m.

Steve Price, center, is a science teacher and boys basketball coach at Southwest Junior High in Springdale. His two sons Jeremy, left, and Sean are both teachers and boys basketball coaches as well. Jeremy teaches health and physical education at George Junior High and is the eighth-grade boys basketball coach. Sean teaches physical education at Helen Tyson Elementary school and is the assistant boys basketball coach at Springdale Har-Ber.

Sean Price jokes that his mother, Pam, probably keeps three sweatshirts in her car at all times — one each from Springdale Southwest, Springdale George and Springdale Har-Ber.
