The menu at 3 Spoons Yogurt, located in the Garland Center on the University of Arkansas campus, features 14 flavors of frozen yogurt — including Cookies and Cream — as well as a variety of toppings.
Frozen yogurt, no pun intended, is really hot right now,” says Jared Greer.
