Pleeeez! The City of Fayetteville needs to have a bit more flexibility. One minute? You people should be embarrassed by this.

Really? Are you sure it was one minute, not 45 seconds? (Round up, round down?) Whose clock did you use? Was it official Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)? Just goes to show the mentality of the staff our tax dollars pay at the City of Fayetteville!
