BENTONVILLE — Benton County Judge Dave Bisbee was arrested Wednesday on five misdemeanor charges.
The charges relate to work his company did for the county and actions taken during the ice storm of early 2009.
Bisbee was released from the county jail on citation. A court date was set for June 7, according to a jail release report. Bisbee will appear in Circuit Judge Robin Green’s court.
Bisbee, 63, was elected county judge in November 2008. He took office in January 2009.
