Arkansas readies redistrict shuffle

NW growth to shift congressional lines

Arkansas is almost certain to keep four congressional seats when the final census numbers come out by early next year, but that doesn’t mean politics won’t flare when state lawmakers, congressmen and other political heavy hitters hash out where the district lines should fall.
