EXPANDED MENU - “Sandwich artist” Ashley Zimmerman prepares a breakfast sandwich Wednesday at Subway at Village on the Creeks in Rogers. The sandwich giant will officially begin serving breakfast in its stores nationwide beginning Monday and will also offer Seattle’s Best coffee. The Rogers location has been serving breakfast since March 29 as a way to introduce the new menu item to customers.
People who like Subway for lunch and dinner don’t have to wait until 10 a.m. anymore. The local franchises open at 7 a.m. for breakfast, serving eggs, bacon, ham, sausage or cheese on flatbread, sub rolls or English muffins.
