and photographs for free

publication in Northwest Ar

kansas Profiles. Submissions

can be made using our inter

active online forms, by fax or

by mail.

The deadline is 5 p.m.

Thursday, 17 days prior to

the desired Sunday publica

tion, and all announcements

must be submitted on forms

provided by Northwest Arkansas

Profiles.

gagement announcements with

week before the wedding. Pho

tographs must be of the bride or

the couple and may not include

props.

WEDDINGS Wedding announce

ments should be submitted with

a photo of the bride or couple

and will be published up to six

weeks after the wedding.

FEATURE WEDDINGS Couples

chosen for expanded coverage

in Northwest Arkansas Profiles

are selected by the Profiles edi

tor. Selections are made from

engagement announcements,

among other sources, and fea

ture weddings are published no

more than one week after the

wedding.

ANNIVERSARIES Information for

50th and later anniversary an

nouncements can be submitted

with or without a current photo.

PHOTOGRAPHS Professional

quality digital images of brides

or couples are preferred. Glossy

prints - color or black-and-white

- are acceptable for engage

ment announcements. However,

the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

cannot accept photographs bear

ing a written claim of copyright,

and all photos must be accom

panied by an Arkansas Demo

crat-Gazette photo release form

signed by the person who took

the photo.

Photos will be kept on file for

90 days after publication.
