Assault by near miss
LITTLE ROCK — Manuel Angel Ramirez, 49, was charged on Sept. 22 with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. He is accused on Aug. 14 of driving toward two people, causing them to jump out of the way, and getting out of his vehicle to shout obscenities at them.
