Disrepair clouds fate of prison's chapel

During heavy rains, inmates at the Island of Hope Chapel at the Arkansas Department of Correction's Tucker Unit use sheets of plastic to cover the stage in the sanctuary and put out trash cans to catch the water that drips from the curved wooden ceiling.
