Clunkers for health care I have it from a reliable sourceunnamed, of course-that the government is planning to extend the Clunkers program to its health care plan. If your senior mate is old, tired or sickly, turn in your clunker. The payoff would be three to five years of free health care on the plan that members of Congress get.
