Boon or bane? Bike rally creates mixed feelings among local businesses

Joy Sagan, a server and artist with The Common Grounds, puts the final touches on a mural outside the longtime restaurant and bar in preparation for Bikes, Blues & BBQ.
Soon the roars of the engines and the beat of the drums will be blaring all up and down Dickson Street, as the 10th Annual Bikes, Blues & BBQ festival comes to town beginning Wednesday. For many, that's music to the ears as the bike rally will be a sure-fire way to boost local business.
