Rogers fires recycling manager

Hadsell took responsibility and made a last push for facility improvements.

David Hadsell wasn't at the Rogers Recycling Center to see what caused his termination. Shorthanded because of a sick employee, he and the rest of the staff had gone on routes to pick up recyclables.
