PAPER TRAILS: Singer rises above his rocky start

Curt Collins, a contemporary gospel singer mentioned here as one to watch back in 2007, returned to his roots this week with a visit to Arkansas. Collins, reared in Forrest City and later residing in Little Rock, moved to Nashville, Tenn., a couple of years ago to pursue a music career.
