But use caution when approaching lottery tickets

Four trucks left Alpharetta, Ga., on Sunday and reached Little Rock in about 10 hours. They carried the first shipment of the state's lottery tickets - about 26 million of them - that soon will be distributed to various retailers throughout Arkansas. If all goes according to schedule, we'll be able to buy tickets in just 10 days. Arkansas Lottery officials boast that this is the quickest any lottery has been started up, ever.
