Dismiss lawsuit, state asks judge
Green Party says law restricts ballots

The state is asking Chief U.S. District Judge Leon Holmes to dismiss a lawsuit filed Aug. 27 in which the Green Party of Arkansas contends a state law unconstitutionally restricts the party's efforts to be recognized on statewide ballots.
