Details trickle out on State Fair bids

It's too early to tell what level of public support proposals for a new location for the Arkansas State Fair will have, a spokesman for the Arkansas Livestock Show Association said Wednesday as details continued to emerge about 15 sealed proposals submitted Tuesday.
