Mural's demise unfortunate but public art worthwhile

We're glad the parking garage behind the Washington County Courthouse will soon be little more than dust and rubble - mostly because we're aware a much more secure and safe parking garage (and one with a capacity of 300 cars, 100 more than the current model) will be taking its place soon enough. The best part, thanks to a lawsuit, is that residents will receive this necessity for much less than what could have easily been the case.
