Gathering women : International soccer celebrity Mia Hamm headlined the 11th annual Northwest Arkansas Business Women's Conference.

Mia Hamm delivered a message of strength and determination at the end of Tuesday's activities at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers.
With three Olympic appearances, one Olympic gold medal and induction into the National Soccer Hall of Fame, Mia Hamm has established herself as one of the decorated and popular female athletes in U.S. history. But she wasn't about to speak down to anyone when she delivered her keynote address at the annual Northwest Arkansas Business Women's Conference here Tuesday.
