Bella Vista bypass grant application filed
$145 million of stimulus money to go toward $358 million construction

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department submitted an application Tuesday for a $145.4 million federal economic stimulus grant to help pay for construction of the Bella Vista bypass.
