EAGLES Garcia returns The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Jeff Garcia, 39, a 10-year veteran who played for Philadelphia in 2006 and went 6-2 in eight starts - including the playoffs - while Donovan McNabb was injured.
