Senator Lincoln takes the chair

IT SEEMED as if Blanche Lincoln couldn't control her smile. And who could blame her for beaming as the cameras clicked? You'd be forgiven for losing a few buttons off your shirt, too, Proud Arkansawyer. Our senior U.S. senator done good. Real good. She now holds the gavel on one of the Senate's most important committees: Agriculture.
