UCP auction to benefit kids' program Frank and Gen Broyles will present United Cerebral Palsy's Brilliant Strokes, An Art Auction for Independence, at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Fayetteville Town Center. Original works of art by the children of UCP along with works by local and regional artists will be featured in both live and silent auctions.
