Bond, fee OK'd for lottery sites
First ticket load due Monday

With the first shipment of lottery tickets due to arrive Monday and ticket sales to begin in 15 days, the Arkansas Lottery Commission took steps Friday to protect the lottery from the loss of ticket revenue collected by retailers.
