46.3 million in U.S. have no insurance

That's up, as is poverty rate, highest in 11 years at 13.2%

The number of American residents without health insurance rose to 46.3 million last year as people began losing jobs and coverage in the recession, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The poverty rate hit 13.2 percent, an 11-year high.
