Arkansan returned to air patrol post MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. Brig. Gen. Reggie Chitwood of Van Buren has been re-elected national vice commander of Civil Air Patrol by the CAP National Board, the nonprofit organization's governing body.
