Panel hears plan on problem gambling

Lottery commissioners told key component to be national hot line

Arkansas would continue to use a national problemgambling hot line, provide grants to create treatment services for problem gamblers, and train problemgambling treatment counselors under a plan outlined by a state official to the Lottery Commission on Wednesday.
