Northwest Arkansas Community College President Becky Paneitz used a hand motion Wednesday to emphasize how enrollment numbers have gone up to exceed the school's goals and set a new enrollment record.

When Larry Bobbitt got laid off from his job as a security-alarm technician, he decided to go back to school.
