All hail the chief : New Bella Vista police chief named

On Wednesday, Chief James Wozniak of the Bella Vista Police Department passed the torch on to his second in command, Capt. Kenneth Farmer. Farmer has been with the Bella Vista Police Department and its predecessor, the Bella Vista division of the Benton County Sheriff's Office, for the past 25 years and has served as Wozniak's assistant chief for the past 12 years.
