100 YEARS AGO Sept. 9, 1909 With the filing in the federal Circuit Court of a suit for an injunction against the 2 cent passenger act of the legislature of 1907 and the standard freight distance tariff No. 3 of the Railroad Commission, the Missouri and North Arkansas Railroad has taken a stand practically the same as that of the Iron Mountain and the Cotton Belt. The Railroad Commission was formally notified of the intended suit yesterday.
