1st lottery terminal installed in LR store

On time for Sept. 28 start, officials say

An E-Z Mart store in west Little Rock became the first retailer to get an Arkansas lottery terminal installed on Tuesday, 20 days before ticket sales are set to begin on Sept. 28.
