Patriots fans should hold the applause Richard Seymour was a class act for the New England Patriots, wrote Dan Shaughnessy of The Boston Globe, but losing the NFL All-Pro defensive lineman in a trade to the Oakland Raiders should not come as a shock to Patriots fans.
