Maligned LR fountain begins transformation
Officials hope more greenery will soften courthouse artwork

After complaints surfaced about the water sculpture placed outside the new federal courthouse in Little Rock, crews have begun work to install greenery, flower beds and benches around the sculpture over the next four months.
Nine months after federal officials revealed computer generated photographs illustrating plans to improve the appearance of a controversial water sculpture outside Little Rock's federal courthouse, the transformation is beginning.
