28 murderers, rapists, robbers challenge 70% rule,'good time'

Twenty-eight convicted murderers, armed robbers and rapists, all behind Arkansas bars, claim they're being illegally discriminated against because they have to serve at least 70 percent of their sentences before they can get credit for good behavior and qualify for parole.
