Hot air balloons ascend in Harrison

The Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 14th annual Arkansas Hot Air Balloon State Championship on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the First National Bank Soccer Complex, 202 Old Stonewall Road in Harrison.
