Speech impairment: Thomas says district not banning but not equipped to broadcast Obama speech

Superintendent clarifies decision during Labor Day press conference

It's impossible logistically to show President Obama's speech live to all children in the Fayetteville School District today, Superintendent Vicki Thomas said in a press conference Monday afternoon.
