Committee says 'no way to save mural'

The "lovely mural" will likely be torn down with the rest of the Washington County Courthouse parking garage in Fayetteville due to the high cost associated with preserving it. Demolition is slated to begin at the end of the month.
After much thought, discussion and debate, the "lovely mural" might not have such a lovely future after all.
