ENGAGEMENTS : Pair-Haney

FAYETTEVILLE — Melanie Caitlin Pair and Chad Alan Haney, both of Springdale, plan to marry at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 19, 2009, at The Event Place in Fayetteville.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol and Murphy Pair of Prairie Grove. She is the granddaughter of Marjorie Payne and Paul W. Pair, both of Fort Smith, the late Robert M. Payne and the late Modell Pair.
She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas and is a registered nurse at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The prospective groom is the son of Mary and Bruce Haney of Glenpool, Okla. He is the grandson of Lois Koenig of Plymouth, Neb., the late Lester Koenig, and the late Barbara and Robert Haney.
He has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and is an advertising account representative at Game On Promotions in Fayetteville.
