City to offer low-cost spay, neuter again

OK to use staff vet, attorney general says

Fayetteville Animal Shelter will resume offering low-cost spay and neuter services for the animals of low-income residents next week after an Arkansas attorney general's opinion this week indicated the practice is legal, City Attorney Kit Williams said Thursday.
