Schools making speech available, but not required

Parents in other parts of the country have voiced objections to President Obama's speech being shown on Tuesday.

When President Barack Obama addresses school-age children nationwide around lunch time on Tuesday some students in northwest Arkansas will be listening. Others will have the opportunity to view the speech through their school's Web site later, local school officials said.
