100 YEARS AGO Sept. 5, 1909 Governor Donaghey yesterday took up with Attorney General Hal Norwood the matter of filing suit against Caldwell & Drake, former state capitol contractors, in accordance with a resolution recently adopted by the State Capitol Commission directing the two state officials to hold a conference on the matter.
