Public avoids intersection talk
City officials took the poor attendance as a sign of approval.

The first panel was the only immediately recognizable one. It showed possible downtown Rogers intersections in patterned concrete, along with curbs and crosswalks, all of them in color. It was the same panel presented to the Historic District Commission months ago.
