FAYETTEVILLE A Washington County jury found Michael Reagan not guilty on all five felony charges he faced.
The verdict came on the fourth day of the trail. Testimony concluded Thursday, but the jury was sent home late in the afternoon and finished deliberations this today.
Reagan, 41, faced charges of second-degree sexual assault and four counts of rape. He was accused of molesting two boys, ages 14 and 13, between fall 2007 and April 2008. The children were in his care but not his biological children.
Before Reagan's arrest and suspension on July 15, 2008, he served as baseball coach and assistant football coach at Har-Ber High School since the school opened. He resigned Oct. 17.
