Once again into the breach

NOW A new general-Stanley McChrystal-has submitted a new review of the war in Afghanistan, which is part of the old war on terror, much as this administration shies away from calling it that. The new review is said to be candid, for which the American people can be grateful. Enough wars have been lost by less than candid reports from the field. Vietnam comes to mind.
