Bella Vista council considers K-9

A K-9 unit could be coming to Bella Vista. The BellaVista City Council is willing to consider funding yearly expenses for the canine - food and veterinarian bills - if fundraising can secure the $6,000 to $15,000 needed to purchase the animal and the required training.
