100 YEARS AGO Sept. 3, 1909 In accordance with a joint resolution adopted last spring by the Retail Merchants' Association, Board of Trade and Business Men's League, in which the proposition was made to raise a permanent fund of $10,000 for the entertainment of conventions, the Retail Merchants' Association is now engaged in finding out if the business interests of Little Rock really want such a fund.
