No deal on bomber, insists U.K.'s Brown

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown's government emphatically denied Wednesday that the Lockerbie bomber's freedom was motivated by economic or diplomatic reasons, as Scottish lawmakers held a symbolic vote to disapprove of Abdel Baset al-Megrahi's release.
